Chris Nicholas Vrame is an entrepreneur and real estate developer with a background in hospitality, sports innovation, and community-focused development. Originally from the Chicago area, he built his career around creating and supporting projects that combine creativity with practical execution. He attended DePaul University, where he developed a foundation in independent thinking and long-term planning. Early in his career, Chris co-created The Tasting Room, a Chicago-based wine bar recognized by Wine Spectator for its innovative model allowing patrons to sample a wide range of wines in a single setting. After relocating to California, Chris expanded his focus into development and entrepreneurial ventures. He served as a co-founder and financial partner in Arena Softball, an indoor sports concept designed to modernize and accelerate the traditional baseball experience. In real estate, Chris played a key role in the redevelopment of the Lakeside Business Park and Residential Planned Community in Elk Grove, California. By navigating zoning challenges and securing approvals, the project was transformed into a mixed-use development featuring residential housing and commercial services.
