Chris Nicholas Vrame is an entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer with experience spanning hospitality, sports innovation, and community development. His work is defined by a practical, hands-on approach and a focus on building projects that create long-term value. Raised in the greater Chicago area, Chris developed an early understanding of work ethic, adaptability, and communication through exposure to diverse environments and communities. He attended DePaul University, where he strengthened his ability to think independently and manage long-term responsibilities. One of his early ventures was The Tasting Room, a Chicago-based wine bar concept that combined experiential hospitality with retail. The establishment gained recognition for allowing customers to sample a wide selection of wines while also purchasing them on-site, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to customer experience. After moving to California, Chris continued pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities. He became a co-founder and financial partner of Arena Softball, an indoor sports concept designed to offer a faster-paced and more engaging version of baseball. His role focused on funding, development, and operational support. Chris has also been actively involved in real estate development. In Elk Grove, California, he led efforts to reposition the Lakeside Business Park and Residential Planned Community. By working through zoning challenges and securing approvals, the project was transformed into a mixed-use development with over 300 residential homes alongside commercial businesses serving the local community. Throughout his career, Chris has focused on projects that balance innovation with practical execution. His work reflects a long-term perspective centered on sustainability, usability, and community impact.
